FULFILMENT
Orders are usually fulfilled same-day or next-day on weekdays except for public holidays. If ordering from outside of Australia, please be aware the above fulfilment timing is in Melbourne GMT+10 / AEST time. You will be emailed a notification upon fulfilment of your order along with delivery tracking information.
GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY
In Australia, we use a select handful of carriers depending on location, including Australia Post, and express couriers such as Sendle/ Couriers Please.
Where available we use carriers with carbon-neutral parcel delivery.
Orders are usually dispatched within a day of fulfilment (except on weekends or public holidays) and are generally delivered between 1 and 5 days depending on location and time of year (metro is faster than regional and as we all know the Christmas holiday season gets very busy).
For other parts of the world, we use express couriers or Australia Post which then hands over to your local national carrier - for example in the USA this would be USPS, or in the UK it's Royal Mail or Germany... Deutsche Post, etc.

Occasionally there are customs delays which can add days to delivery times, though this is very rare.
We track all deliveries to ensure that they arrive safely and on time. We provide tracking numbers so you can do the same.
AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING / During Border Restrictions
If or when there are state government border restrictions, interstate customers outside of Victoria may experience delivery delays.
At these times Australia Post tends to downgrade its Express Post service as a 'next day' delivery option. Express is still prioritised above Standard Post. However, we have noticed for metropolitan Melbourne addresses at least (where we are based) there is little advantage over the Standard delivery options during these times. We often prefer to use our Express Couriers in this case or Express Australia Post.
