Warranty
Rest assured, Objct Co products are covered by a three-year limited warranty from the original purchase date to be free from defects in materials and craftsmanship when used under normal conditions for the purpose intended. At Objct Co we aim to build long-term relationships with our customers, and we will work to resolve any problems you might have with our product.
This warranty covers faults in materials and craftsmanship and will not apply if any damage is caused by unreasonable use or neglect (try not to use worksurface as a cutting mat, or the storage pod as a food bowl), normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind. However, if you do change your mind we have you covered within 60 days of purchase, provided the product(s) and packaging are in the same resalable condition as when purchased - you can exchange your product for a full refund (see Returns & Refunds).
To make a Warranty Claim, contact us via the form here with:
- the word "Warranty"
- your order number or purchasing email address
- a description and/ or photo of the fault or damage
Claims under this limited warranty must be made in writing within 60 days of the appearance of a defect.
We’ll do our best to help you out quickly. You will need to have purchased through our website or one of our authorised resellers. Our warranty extends to the original end-user purchaser, beginning at the time of retail purchase.
