Customers in Victoria (and particularly near or in Melbourne) should not notice much of a delay, if any at all. Interstate customers will experience some delay because of government restrictions (and high demand) at border crossings.

At time of writing Australia Post has suspended its Express Post service as a next day delivery option. It is still prioritised above Standard post. However, we have noticed for metropolitan addresses there is little advantage at all over the Standard post option.

Customers outside of Australia, please check your country location here before ordering to see the status of shipping to your location.

In Australia we use a select handful of carriers depending on location which includes; Australia Post, Couriers Please, and TNT. We use carriers with carbon neutral parcel delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within a day and are delivered generally between 1 and 5 days depending on location and time of year (as we all know, the Christmas holiday season gets a bit crammed).

For other parts of the world we use Australia Post who then hands over to your local national carrier. So for example in the USA this would be USPS, or in the UK it's Royal Mail, or Germany... Deutsche Post. Timewise, OS deliveries average somewhere between a week and 10 days. Occasionally there are customs delays which can add 1-3 days to delivery times, though this is very rare (a lap desk is fairly benign, in the scheme of freight border crossings).

We track all our deliveries to assure that they arrive safely and on time. We provide tracking numbers so you can do the same. It's fun to watch, but Netflix is better =)
