For customers in Victoria, parcel delivery times should not have too much of a delay. Interstate customers will experience some delay because of government restrictions (and high demand) at border crossings.

At the time of writing Australia Post has suspended its Express Post service as a next day delivery option. It is still prioritised above Standard post. However, we have noticed for metropolitan addresses there is little advantage over the Standard delivery options. So for metropolitan addresses we try to preference our express couriers.

Customers outside of Australia, please check your country location by clicking here before ordering to see the status of shipping to your location.

In Australia, we use a select handful of carriers depending on location which includes; Australia Post, express couriers Sendle/ Couriers Please. We always use carriers with carbon-neutral parcel delivery. Orders are usually dispatched within a day (except on weekends) and are delivered generally between 1 and 5 days depending on location and time of year (metro is faster than regional and as we all know the Christmas holiday season gets a bit nuts).

For other parts of the world, we either use express couriers or Australia Post who then hands over to your local national carrier - for example in the USA this would be USPS, or in the UK it's Royal Mail or Germany... Deutsche Post, etc. Timewise, for a good guided IN COVID TIMES FOR ESTIMATES TO YOUR COUNTRY, CLICK here

Occasionally there are customs delays which can add days to delivery times, though this is very rare (a lap desk is fairly benign in the scheme of freight border crossings).

We track all deliveries to assure that they arrive safely and on time. We provide tracking numbers so you can do the same. It's fun to watch, but Netflix is better =)
